Becoming a mother is one of the biggest changes we can go through in life, and sadly, society expects us to simply rise to the occasion - accepting the sleepless nights, exhaustion, and changes to our body - without question. The truth is, it often isn’t that easy, and these overwhelming challenges can leave you questioning your ability as a mother.

Though you will be incredibly focused on your little one, it is vitally important to find time for your own emotional wellbeing. Simply having someone who is there to listen to what you are going through can create a huge shift in the mental load you are carrying and, in turn, help you be a better mother to your baby.
